Occupation: Legal Executive Jackie was born in Rickmansworth, Herts in 1945. She moved to Keynsham in 1959 when her father took up the role of Western District Secretary for the printing union NATSOPA. She attended Keynsham Grammar School and then went on to train as a secretary at Bath College. Jackie married her first husband in 1966 with whom she had 3 children. She later met Michael whilst working as a secretary at Broadbury Road Police Station, Bristol and they married in 1982. After qualifiying as a legal executive Jackie spent the last part of her career working for various law firms in and around Bristol where she was respected by both clients and colleagues alike. Jackie and Michael enjoyed spending time in France where they had a mobile home near St Malo. She liked nothing better than spending time with family and friends and particularly loved being in the company of her grandchildren. Jackie touched the lives of many people and her great sense of fun and humour will live on in everyone who knew her.
